Huvudkontoret är i Arenastaden, Solna. På bryggeriet i Falkenberg produceras öl, läsk, cider, still drink och RTD. I Ramlösa tillverkas naturligt mineralvatten. Vi har även 15 omlastningsstationer och kontor för vår distribution- och säljverksamhet.

The headquarter is based in Solna. At the brewery in Falkenberg we produce beer and soft drinks and natural mineral water is tapped at our water plant in Helsingborg

The role is based at our production site in Falkenberg, Sweden. You will report directly to the Swedish Production Director and be part of the Swedish Production leadership team.

Primary responsibilities:

* Setting and managing the Department financial budget (OPEX and CAPEX)
* Ensuring HSE, food safety, hygiene and legal standards are complied with.
* Ensuring Group and Country HR Processes are complied with
* Compliance with the department performance management processes
* Ensuing the department Management Control and Reporting System(MCRS) is maintained and the Performance Management System (PMS) complied with according to group standards and spirit
* Ensuring standardised problem solving methodologies are used to resolve day to day and chronic problems.
* Contributing to the development of site strategy as part of the site senior management team
* Sharing of best practices within the site and with group counterparts.
* Supporting group brewing and processing initiatives
* Process Confirmations at defined frequencies for area standard operating procedures
* Soft drinks to be managed by B&P manager if Plant is physically located in the B&P Area
* Managing Lean TPM through the standard governance model

 

Education and Experience:

We want you to have a University degree or necessary experience from relative position in Supply Chain. At least 5 years’ experience within a production environment with 3 years at management level. 

Brewery Proven experience in managing change/budget. Experience in a results driven FMCG environment .We see that you possess a capacity for overall strategic thinking, that you are results oriented and have good leadership skills. You have good interpersonal skills and work in a structured and systematic way. You need to have good language skills in English and Swedish.
