Brickpack AB is located in Laholm, Sweden. Brickpack provides sealing solutions to customers worldwide, through engineering, manufacturing and customer service. In addition to the area of gaskets, we manufacture contracted articles in both hard and soft materials. 
For over 90 years, we have paired our global sealing industry knowledge with our application engineering and technical expertise. We create solutions that satisfy even the most advances requirements, in many different market segments across the globe. 

Are you the person who will seal the deal? If so, Sales Manager at Brickpack could be the job for you. 

Your responsibilities: 
As a Sales Manager your role mainly is to develop new business by finding new customers and taking care of existing large accounts. The Sales Manager is stationed in Europe and visits existing customers and processes new customers and opportunities. You are responsible for total sales in Europe and that the growth is developing as planned as well as coordinating and managing the operations of Account Managers and to request specific strategic customers. 

Specific duties: 

- Ensure that focus on sales projects is maintained throughout the organization.
- Determine whether appropriate resources are available, both equipment and personnel, to support the stated goals and objectives of the Sales department.
- Establish the Sealing Systems group as a leader in marketable product offerings.
- Work with sales, applications, pricing, marketing, to implement the sales and corporate strategies.
- Participate and support the business planning and strategy process.
- Indoctrinate the philosophy of Lean, continuous improvement within the sales group.
- Organize the group’s resources to meet the demands of the marketplace. Travel as required to support customers and to support/develop new opportunities.
- Conduct Performance Review for direct reports on an annual basis.
- Participate in the annual budget process. Monitor budget compliance monthly for gaps.
- Support the execution of new product/technology launches.
- Support corporate quality objectives including but not limited to TS compliance, Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Program Management.
- Develop relationships with purchasing and engineering levels at assigned customers.
- Identify and pursuit of new business opportunities within the assigned markets.

Your experience and personality:
You are a result-oriented person who sets challenging goals and pro-actively identifies opportunities. In your work you use a logical and systematic approach and analyze data continuously. You are committed to quality, service and responsible.

You have:

- Several years of successful sales experience.
- BSc or corresponding professional experience.
- Ability to thrive in a performance oriented international environment with short sales cycles.
- Good English language skills are a requirement, knowledge of German and Nordic language skills is a merit.
