Your main tasks will be to:
Coordinate implementation of LEAN tools in the organisation, both local and on BU level.
Support, coach and train the organisation in LEAN principles and methods.
Development and maintain procedures, methods, tools and templates due to Konecranes Way, Konecranes LEAN system, in management system.
Development and update of management system (9001, 14001 and 45001).
Support the organisation to drive the continuously improvements work and process development.


What we expect from you:
As a LEAN coordinator you will be part of our Quality organization and work in a team responsible for the overall quality work. This is a new role in the organization which means you will be responsible to drive the implementation, coordination and evaluation of Konecranes LEAN system Konecranes Way.
You are expected to cooperate with many different internal stakeholders as well as the global Konecranes Way team. Travelling will eventually be expected in this role.

What should you bring?
We are looking for someone with previous experience from LEAN and implementation of LEAN systems.
To be successful in this role you should have the capability to work systematically and have the ability to coordinate, motivate and coach other people.
It is a requirement that you have experience from Lean principles and tools, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. You need to have a good knowledge of processes optimizing and continuously improvements.

With many stakeholders in this role, we believe you need to keep strong communication skills and be able to interact in a conceivable way. You need to be a person that both have the capability to start and to end activities, according to committed timelines.
To do this in best way we believe you are a positive person with a lot of energy to inspire the employees in the whole organization.
