As a market unit BT Nordics’ mission is to serve our domestic customers by leveraging local knowledge and expertise in the corporate and public sectors, and to deliver carrier services to other telecom operators.
As a Contract Controller/Manager you will be part of the Contract Management Team handling customer contracts for a number of well-known companies with a total contract turn-over of ~60 MEUR.
Responsibilities
As a Contract Controller/Manager you will be ultimately responsible for the profitability during the contract lifecycle, by
- Understand your customer’s business requirements, both technical and commercial and understand the importance of BT services to their business.
- Understand the complete revenue picture and ensure it is accurately billed and payment received in a timely manner. You have an in-depth understanding of the contract costs incurred by BT, including people, internal and third party charges. These are accurate and in line with plan. You are responsible for overall cost structure and potential PIP – Profit Improvement plans.
- You are the senior responsible owner of the contract on behalf of BT. You ultimately own all issues across the end-to-end contract lifecycle, though many functions and services may be provided by other parts of BT and its sub-contractors.
- Identify, manage and communicate risks and opportunities associated with the contract.
- Work with internal service providers and external suppliers to ensure that best value for money is constantly being delivered. You manage performance to achieve or better the (contracted) lifetime performance of the contract in terms of revenue and EBIT.
- Perform required financial reporting according to BT standards and routines.
Qualifications
In order to be successful you need to have economic background and professional experience and knowledge within IT/Telecom.

- Negotiations, experienced
