About the job
As Head of Marketing in BU GPHE (Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers), you are part of the BU Management Team and will be leading the transformation required to capture the full opportunities arising from the megatrends - impacting our business!
You will work globally and be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a structured approach to
* Collect and validate customer and market insights
* Translate insights into business priorities and the right product mix and offering
- Defining, planning, and implementing global communication activities based on the business and marketing strategies.
All with a focus on capturing the megatrends of digitalization, sustainability and “servitization”.
The role is both strategic and operational, managing and executing projects in close cooperation with several stakeholders and team colleagues.
Who you are
With strong analytical and communication skills, you have a passion for securing an outside-in perspective in fast changing environments.
You feel comfortable driving change indirectly with a transformational leadership. You are an influencer who makes things happen with a data driven approach.
You also thrive from working as a team player to enable and create business value in a global context and enjoy taking the lead to secure good results.
What you know
As an experienced professional, you have a strong business acumen and analytical skills. You will bring experience from omnichannel sales and digital marketing preferably in a B2B environment. You have a track record in driving change in an international environment including positioning projects.
You also bring a good balance between strategic skills and execution.
