We are looking for an experienced BU Head Nordics - MFG and Energy.
Your responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of your clients/prospects business goals, competition, growth plans and obstacles
• Develop the business strategy for the MFG and Energy line in the Nordics aligned to the overall strategy of the service line at LTI
• Accessing C-Level, Director level contacts within target accounts and target prospects
• Play an advisory role to customers and prospects and provide thought leadership & IT/ Business transformation recommendations
• Work with LTI Account Sales and support teams to manage the pre-sales process with clients and provide the leadership throughout the sales-cycle from initial qualification to closure of the deal.
• Own account plans and targets for MFG and Energy for named accounts in the assigned vertical / region, including forecasting revenue and order book, maintaining and growing pipeline funnel.
• New MFG and Energy business development within net new targeted accounts in the Nordic market
• Implement sales & pipeline building market strategies into key accounts
• Lead generation via targeted outbound account prospection and calling on marketing-generated/inbound leads
• Responsible for positioning LTI’s MFG and Energy service offerings in Nordics
• Mentor and develop the team to structure deals, conduct negotiations, deepen relationships to enable business growth
Key competences:
• Several years of sales and business development experience within MFG and Energy.
• Accessing C-Level, Director level contacts within target accounts and target prospects
• The ability to identify client challenges and develop creative solutions in close collaboration with clients and relevant LTI stakeholders.
• The ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with decision makers (typically SVP level)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Experience creating complex client proposals
• Skilled leader and mentor within IT Services and Business Development
• Excellent network within the Nordic C-level leaders
