<p>UMA Workspace is Technopolis' network of coworking spaces. UMA offers shared workspace and service solutions for small and large companies in central locations in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region. In our workspaces customers can work efficiently and flexibly, either in the privacy of their own serviced offices or as part of our open working community. As a Sales Manager for UMA Stockholm you will create value for current and new Technopolis customers by offering modern workplace solutions. The main task of the position is to fill the UMA locations in Stockholm with members and private office customers. This is done through active search for new clients, executing marketing and sales activities and closing deals. Sales Manager works closely together with other Sales Managers, local Community Managers, UMA Marketing and rest of the UMA and Technopolis teams.

In addition to our UMA Workspace Kungsbron, we will open two new locations in Stockholm during autumn 2019; one in Götgatsbacken and another one at Solna Strand.

We expect you to have:

* 3-5 years' experience in business-to-business sales
* Hunger for achieving sales targets
* Good local network
* Result-driven and problem-solving attitude
* Five Star Customer Service orientation
* Good negotiation skills
* Analytical and structured working methods, ability to handle several tasks/cases in parallel
* Team player and excellent people skills
