UPS Nordic Industrial Engineering Department is looking for a high-performing and motivated employee for a role of Buildings and Facilities Coordinator – specialist level.
As a B&F coordinator you will work with different business critical projects together with our internal customers across the Nordics. Your will be primarily responsible for asset management, coordination and implementation of various business projects. Planning, reporting and meeting required timelines are key components of this role. You will run projects but also work closely on strategic development in the Nordic countries.
Job duties include:
• Planning, developing and implementing asset management projects and initiatives.
• Preparing high quality analysis to support management in decision making process.
• Coordination of different functions within implementation process.
• Building reports to efficiently summarize information, trends and analyses using graphs, charts, etc.
• Supporting responses to Ad-Hoc requests for information from internal customers.
• Conveying, communicating and explaining projects internally to gain support from other departments, business units
We are looking for a driven individual who is also a great team player. You are structured, solution focused and have very good analytical and data processing skills. Strong sense of responsibility, prioritization and flexibility are required to independently run projects. However, good interpersonal communication, cooperation with the team on joint projects and focus on creative solutions are also important in this position.
Skill requirements:
• Excellent analytical and data processing skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong communication skills,
• Ability to learn and a desire to be successful,
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree with a major in Industrial Engineering/Economics or similar,
• Fluent in spoken and written English,
• Willingness to travel
The position is regular full-time office hours.
