Stromma is actively seeking bus drivers to join their team in Norway for the 2024 sightseeing season. This opportunity is open in several Norwegian cities including Bergen, Geiranger, Haugesund, Kristiansand, Oslo, Stavanger and Ålesund. We offer fulltime and part time roles.
Role and Key Responsibilities:
As a Bus Driver with Stromma, you play a crucial role in offering exceptional sightseeing experiences to our guests. You will navigate through some of Norway's most scenic routes, providing a safe and enjoyable journey for travelers from all around the world.
- Safely driving sightseeing buses on various routes.
- Maintaining professionalism and offering excellent customer service.
- Adapting to flexible schedules during peak and off-peak seasons.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in bus driving.
- Valid Class D driver's license and YSK certification (code 95).
- Good command of English. Norwegian and other languages are a plus.
- EU/EEA or Swiss passport holders.
- Resilience during busy periods.
'- 'Kjøreseddel'' is an advantage but not a requirement to apply*
*Candidates must obtain and possess a valid Norwegian "kjøreseddel" permit, essential for professional driving roles such as taxis and buses. This process involves meeting specific criteria, including a clean criminal record and health requirements. ''Kjøreseddel'' can be obtained as part of the recruitment process if candidates do not have this already.
