We are looking for a Business Administrative Support for an international company in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and only English necessary!


Business Administration Support
Digital Business Support work closely with Digital Product Managers / Head of Domain to provide the best possible support with regards to:
• Assisting in creating purchase orders to vendors and following up on them
• Support in monthly financial forecasting, actuals and other administrative tasks in the budget process
• Reaching out to partners when questions arise
• Managing onboarding of new hires incl. ordering preferred devices, requesting access rights to various internal tools / systems
• Updating internal databases ensuring team members’, roles and overall composition are kept up to date
• Answering onboarding queries such as mobile number porting, new orders, access rights etc.
• Participating in financial follow up and recruitment meetings




Assignment description and main responsibilities:
Supporting Digital Product Managers and Head of Domains in budget follow-up, creating purchase orders and reaching out to partners to ensure everything is aligned.
Other administrative duties include managing onboarding of new hires and keeping internal databases up to date regarding team composition. Ultimately, you should be able to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely professional manner, ensuring new hires receive a fantastic onboarding experience from signing the contract to the first day at the office.


Competence requirements:
0-5 years of experience. BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
Excellent people and communication skills.
Good understanding of the organization, its strategy and customers, and a sufficient understanding of the people challenges faced by the organization.
Analytical and goal oriented.
The only language requirement for this role is fluency in English.


This is a full-time consultancy position through Incluso, 11 months assignment (with possibility for extension). Starting date is ASAP.
