We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team!

As our new colleague and Business Administrator, you will simultaneously be handling several varying tasks and your colleagues will count on your support in their day-to-day operations to run smoothly. You will secure that our administrative routines are lean and simple, as well as communicated and followed by all co-workers in the department. In this role, you will be reporting to the Business Navigation Manager.

The position is located in Älmhult, Sweden. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.

About the assignment
Your main responsibilities as Business Administrator are:
- Ensuring the administrative information flow and routines
- Securing an efficient invoice handling and purchasing process and contributing to cost follow-ups, budgets and forecasts
- General introduction to new co-workers within the department
- Coordinating and organizing common meetings
- Asset- and access management
- Being involved in the coordination of rebuilding’s and enabling a good working environment.

Furthermore, with the support of the matrix, you will be contributing to the development of guidelines and common ways of working. You will be acting as an ambassador for IKEA and Bedroom as Business Area when meeting co-workers in different situations.

This is a temporary role between 2021-01-01—2022-08-31.
