Business Advisor

We are looking for a Business Advisor to be based out of Gothenburg Sweden.
The Solution Consulting organization in EMEA is strengthening the team and is therefore looking for new colleagues to support our sales team in selling Jeppesen/Boeing crew & network operations products to the market in Europe, Middle East and Africa. This position is responsible for supporting our sales teams by providing strong value propositions on our products and supporting the airline to build a case for investment. Key to this position is understanding aviation customer needs, pain points, and business processes and translating these into business and technical solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides technical & business consulting to support sales engagements
Leads, plans and execute consulting studies and benchmarks in a team environment
Identifies pain points and opportunities for customers and proposes solutions that will deliver significant business value
Analyzes customer business processes in an effort to provide recommended improvements
Presents and demonstrates Jeppesen crew & network operations products
Represents the organization as the prime technical contact during sales engagements
Travel to airline customers, primarily in the EMEA region (~25% - 35%)



Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
A degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Aviation Management, Science & Technology or equivalent
Knowledge of commercial airline network management, airline fleet planning processes, and/or crew planning processes is essential
Excellent communication skills in proposal preparation and presentations in English
Creative problem-solving capability, strong analytical and listening skills



Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Hands on experience with Network Operations or Crew Management products for the Airline industry is advantageous
Deep understanding of airline’s tail assignment, aircraft routing, ops control, crew pairing and rostering processes would be highly valuable
Additional languages are advantageous
Experience in Python and Jeppesen’s RAVE programming language are highly advantageous
