We are looking for a Business Analysis Manager to join our Business Coordination Team West (“Bo West”). This team is part of our Shipping organization. In this role you will be responsible for analyzing BO West’s performance and initiate improvements, consolidating BO West Performance across brands and supporting the Trade teams to execute best performance.

Key responsibilities
• Lead the voyage closing process and coordination with trade analysts in each trade team.
• Lead and coordinate the monthly meeting of the voyage closing.
• Analyze gaps on both revenue & costs between previous and current months and produce adjustment report.
• Make all the bunker calculations for the voyages that have received all the invoices and post in our systems
• Review and update of bunker estimates in Strata
• Review and update of TC Hire estimates in Strata
• Consolidate/Analyze BO West trade performance.
• Lead Business Support team in El Salvador.
Job Requirements and Personal Attributes
· At least 5 years’ experience in the shipping industry and ideally within the RoRo segment. Demonstrated understanding of trade operations.
· At least 3 years’ experience in a performance role.
· Minimum university degree, ideally in finance, mathematics or science based major.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other BI applications is required.
· Power BI experience and skills is mandatory.
· Excellent analytical skills and ability to grasp big data, and ability to work in a dynamic environment required.
· Result oriented and proactive attitude in identifying improvement area.
· A pragmatic and professional nature.
· Able to establish and meet deadlines and to establish clear priorities quickly.
· Excellent communication/language skills. Must speak fluent English.
· Able to work across countries and cultures.
· Strong proactive self-starter and team player.
· Strong technical skills working with various types of data both financial and non-financial as well as various software packages.
· Organized and structured
· Leadership experience – you will manage a small team some of whom will be based in El Salvador.
Some travel is to be expected.
