We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Business Analyst Test Coach with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with testers, other method developers, and the tool developers, you will collaborate cross-functionally.


Hence, the candidate will undergo the following tasks:
• Implement methods by instructing users in classes and creating training materials.
• Coaching the users or joining them while they apply the technique.
• Promote the techniques inside the company. Taking part in technical meetings from other areas, for instance, or something similar
• Inform your coworkers of any approach improvements that should be made based on your coaching session experience.


Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
• The development team for the embedded technique is young and expanding quickly. We either design new ways or improve existing ones in collaboration with all team members who are involved in embedding processes and tools. We prioritize safety above all else and strive quickly to develop new goods without sacrificing their high quality. The team is now working both in the office and remotely using a contemporary workflow.
• It is preferable if you have experience developing embedded systems for the automotive sector, and it is advantageous if you are well-versed in ISO 26262. Additionally, it is praiseworthy if you are well-versed in software updates and cyber security.
• This position will benefit from your ability to understand the big picture and how various components of the test management system work together.
• You are genuinely curious about other people's perspectives as a person in order to comprehend the requirements of various approach consumers and suggest solutions.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a firm grasp of language. Either verbally or visually, you should be able to convey knowledge in an understandable and straightforward manner.
