Key Responsibilities:
The Most Important Responsibilities are:
Consolidate digital legal requirements to ensure that digital solutions are implemented and that all needs are met across the organisation, with a focus on data privacy.
Requirements should be elicited, analysed, managed, and documented.
Collect and organise data on problems, systems, processes, and procedures, as well as current and future operating procedures
Analyze the findings and make recommendations for operational changes and improvements.
To support the work and to present to stakeholders in an educational manner, create written documentation and use data modelling practises.
Coordinate with and manage multiple internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Demonstrate products, provide end-user training, and lead workshops.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role who has excellent business analytic skills such as requirement elicitation, requirements management, and a collaborative and open working style.
This position requires initiative and the ability to manage your own work.
Working knowledge of OneTrust or other cloud-based privacy management platforms is a plus.
A basic understanding of data privacy processes and the capabilities of privacy management software.
Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools for managing backlogs, requirements, and workshop facilitation
Planning abilities, risk management, and an efficient work style are all examples of project management skills.
Excellent skills in presentation and documentation.
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management are skills that I possess.
Communication, as well as prior work experience in an international setting.
You are a person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-organized.
Deliveries
Create assets, manage risk registers, and create and evaluate workflows using data mapping.
Establish and maintain a stable running process for data breach management.
Gather requirements and solutions for the Consent Management delivery, which will include collection points, OneTrust, and SalesForce.
OneTrust preference centre integration and branding in MyStar (Customer Self-service interface).
Establish and maintain a stable request process for Data Subject Rights.
