Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Develop and implement digital solutions to control the manufacturing process on the shop floor.
Ensure IT prerequisites are set correctly for projects, including adjusting processes, systems, and interfaces.
Drive, analyze, and specify IT-related items within projects and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Create comprehensive time and resource plans for IT implementation and verification activities.
Develop and implement global solutions for product projects, ongoing changes, capability projects, and non-product projects, in alignment with project objectives.
Follow up on project goals through industrialization until the Final Status Report (FSR) and report deviations to the Project Manager or relevant stakeholders.
Enable close connection and adjustment between Manufacturing Engineering (ME) and production through local teams at each site, ensuring optimal information flow between parties.
Work on studies, strategies, and roadmaps within the intelligent factory domain to support long-term goals.

What You Bring:
Strong background in developing and implementing digital solutions for manufacturing processes.
In-depth knowledge of setting IT prerequisites, including process, system, and interface adjustments.
Proven ability to drive, analyze, and specify IT-related project components.
Experience in creating detailed time and resource plans for IT implementation and verification activities.
Track record of developing and implementing global solutions for various types of projects, adhering to project objectives.
Ability to monitor project progress through industrialization phases and report deviations effectively.
Excellent communication skills to facilitate the flow of information between ME and production teams.
Ability to collaborate with local teams at multiple sites to ensure seamless project execution.
Experience in conducting studies, developing strategies, and creating roadmaps within the intelligent factory context.
