The position
As a Business Analyst at Cambio, you will describe needs and design solutions for product changes, by eliciting needs, analyzing requirements and designing solutions. You will work collaboratively and co-design with several squads in the tribe. The work you will do with will be part of something greater. And your contribution will directly benefit and add value for both healthcare professionals and you as a patient.

About you
As a person, you are impelling, creative and have analytical skills. Communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills are extra crucial since the team members will be in several offices both in Sweden and Sri Lanka. You are a team player who works to ensure that both you and your team are continually improving their way of working and their skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in business analysis, user experience design, service design, requirements engineering or closely related profession,
- Ability to understand business needs and how to connect them to the software products and services by preparing right-sized requirements.
- Exceptional solution orientation and facilitation skills to co-design with UX Designers and Software Architects
It is a bonus if you have
- Skills in UX Design and understanding of the importance of user-centered design thinking
- Expertise in Data Design and API design
- Worked with larger scale business systems, preferably in e-health applications
- Certification in Business Analysis or Requirement management such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, AAC, PMI-PBA or IREB-CPRE
- Demonstrated skills in techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, and modelling since this is part of daily work
