The Digital Workplace Change Management product, within Corporate Digital, is responsible for change communication and change management activities to support users to adopt and use changes in their digital workplace. We communicate using our concept Digital Workplace with the site digitalworkplace.volvocars.net as our main channel. The product team consists of people with different background and experience but with a common mission to ensure that the user is in focus when implementing changes in the digital workplace.

In this position you’ll be interacting and collaborating with diverse and international teams of colleagues and support establishment of strategies for achieving desired the future business state.
As part of Corporate digital, you’ll develop and implement change management plans and tactics on how we communicate using our concept Digital workplace. You will have the opportunity to drive change, work with continuous improvement and you will be part of the development of our network of digital influencers.
Further, your responsibilities are:
* Providing support in understanding and identifying the business needs/benefit and value of activities with the end user in focus.
* Providing support in stakeholder analysis and management.
* Develop and implement change management plans and tactics.
* Write and review content for different purposes (e.g. news, knowledge base articles, e-mails, yammer posts etc).
* Be ahead of the curve regarding digital collaboration and communication platforms.
Do you fit the profile?
You have a BSc, or equivalent experience in a relevant field (significant on the job training can be seen as equivalent). In your professional life, you have obtained the skills and ability to translate complex technical topics into communication that meet the target group’s need and you visualize gathered information in a structured way. You have experience and thrive to search for new trends between digital communication, and how to spread the information in the best possible way. Further on you have an excellent attention to details, you are eager to constantly learn and develop and are fluent in English.
Last but not the least, we are looking for a social, open-minded person with an influencing personality and a real passion for communication as tool for improved business performance. On a personal level you share our values by being enthusiastic, curious, collaborative and interested in making people’s lives less complicated.
