Business Analyst

We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst ideally with a background and experience in Salesforce implementations.
Role Description and key responsibilities


The key day-to-day tasks and responsibilities are as follows:-
• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the product teams to document and analyze requirements and challenges that will require eventual Salesforce development
• Document business process flows, participate in solution and product design including attention to functional detail, UX, UI, and desired Salesforce best practices
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria and be able to communicate these to technical leads and developers
• Participate and in some cases lead workshops with markets, team leads, and other business stakeholders
• Collaborate with multiple parties around the business including business owners, other product teams, other teams within Volvo such as example web and data teams, launch leads, business analysts on other teams, product development teams, and local market representatives
• Actively investigate the markets and business user needs through effective questioning and listening skills
• Provide ongoing consulting and expertise in key areas of focus and conduct product demos when needed
• Establish and communicate insights from the market (NSC) and other stakeholder conversations and translate those to the product roadmap
• Active contribution and suggestions to the direction of the product
Competence Requirements and Background
• Business acumen preferably on automotive products and services
• Experience as a business analyst, understanding and evaluating business pain points, and being able to translate that into clear starting points to the product team
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
