Remote Solutions is a IT Unit supporting Volvo Trucks Aftermarket. Aftermarket services are critical to ensure a premium customer experience and guarantee long-term customer loyalty. Volvo Trucks Aftermarket has the responsibility to deliver and optimize the associated IT solutions thereby continuously improving customer and user productivity in their daily operations.
We are a global cross-functional team with members in Sweden, Brazil and India focusing on Remote Solutions.
The team is supporting our Volvo Group stakeholders to build the best IT solution for Remote services and you will be a key player.
You will be part of a Volvo Group IT team of dedicated colleagues developing and operating Remote solutions, which enables remote updates of software in Volvo Group products.


Who are you?
You are an experienced Business Analyst with at least a couple of years experience in the role.
You are customer oriented and will work with the stakeholders and the delivery team to find the solution that best fits the customer's needs.
You always pick the best way of working in order to pin down the business need and clarify the requirements to all parties.
Good communication skills are needed to be successful. User experience skills will be useful in the position.
Of course you also take full responsibility for your own work, plan and deliver according to plans and roadmaps.


Your main activities and responsibilities
Plan your own work according to the delivery plans in the backlog.
Work with several business stakeholders and the delivery team to find the right solution for a business need.
Act as the link between business and delivery team.
Be responsible for the documentation of requirements for the application.
Work in projects and in runtime delivery.

Knowledge and skills
Relevant education or IT work experience
At least 3 years relevant work experience
Solid English skills, both spoken and written
Experience of agile way of working, such as SAFe, Scrum
Experience of software download or connected solutions is a bonus
