Who we are
In Local Capabilities we are responsible for the development and maintenance of IT-systems and solutions in the Time & Pay and Compensations & Benefits area.
We now seek a Business Analyst, who will part of a cross-functional agile team and who will enable product success by working as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand the customer benefits and needs, and by supporting backlog refinement in accordance with the Product Owner and Product managers agenda.
Our mission is to contribute to define the future digitalization roadmap for PX and to ensure we remain in the technical forefront and utilize the right systems fit for purpose.
What you’ll do
As a Business Analyst in the Digital Product team you will support the establishment of strategies for achieving the desired future business state, e.g. through innovation, trend spotting, market analysis, product or portfolio planning. Key tasks will be to enable concept studies, pre-studies, including problem and opportunity analysis.
Collaboration with key stakeholders in the organization to gather requirements and guide them and to gain business insights within their daily work. Also you’ll facilitate workshops with stakeholders for business modelling, needs analysis and backlog creation.
The role also includes visualizing and breaking down business needs, including impact mapping and dependency analysis, to meet PI and sprint goals.
And this is your profile
You have a University degree in relevant field, Business Analysis certifications and formal Business Analysis trainings or equivalent experience in a relevant field. We want you to be fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
Furthermore we see that you have
* Domain knowledge
* Business analysis in an agile context such as SAFe, Scrum, and writing epics, features, and stories in an effective format.
* Analytical skills and ability to conceptualize and visualize gathered information in a structured and pedagogic way. Critical thinking, problem solving and to manage complex situations.
* Ability to evaluate and examine a situation from different parties’ perspectives so that everyone involved understands and then holistically create a base for decision making.
* Capability to define the business value of the product area value and surrounding value streams.
On a personal level
You are a true collaborator, with facilitation and delegation skills to ensure involvement and engage both stakeholders and team members to create ownership and gain results. With effective communication and proficient ability in solving conflicts you develop trust among stakeholders.
