Are you passionate about working with change management connecting people with Technology to support business in their success? We are looking for a change agent to help drive our workplace transformation journey.
In Business Analyst role in Swedbank you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with HR and Communication with Swedbank’s workplace transformation and user adoption of the Microsoft office 365 suite;
- Be the bridge between IT and business by Educating and supporting business stakeholders regarding the usability and features of Microsoft office 365Work very closely with the IT development team to release new Microsoft Office365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, etc);
- Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into Minimum Viable Product's (MVPs) and user stories in the JIRA backlog;
- Coordinate user adaption for new features in the Microsoft Office365 pipeline;
- Help the team to release and deliver frequently new O365 service features, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for multilateral feedback and value to end customers;
- Act as team player in the Agile cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working.
What is needed in this role:
- Have an extensive experience with Microsoft Office365 services implementation (Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint online);
- Experience as Change agent in workplace transformation;
- Strong collaboration skills with business (HR and communication related);
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a solution-oriented approach;
- Can “translate” technical language into business language;
- Can facilitate workshops in bigger groups to map and address business needs;
- Can translate business needs to match and align them with service capabilities by creating user stories for the service delivery team to understand and provide implementation possibilities;
- Be very structured and organized to properly manage different status follow-ups and stakeholder expectations;
- Have an excellent command of English;
- Swedish language skills will be considered as advantage.
