What is needed in this role:
- Ability to collect business requirements and transforming them into valuable solutions.
- Ability to take initiative, manage your own projects, communicate clearly with stakeholders and strive to understand what drives our business.
- Communication skills and a sharing approach.
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborate with others.
- An interest in technology and a passion for process development (ways of working).
- You are structured, pedagogic and have an eye for improvements.
- You have a curious mindset and enjoy exploring different ways of problem solving together with the team.
- Any previous experience from financial institutes, usage of agile methodologies and/or -network area is an advantage.
