Your main tasks:
As a Business Analyst within GBC, you are part of the backbone that delivers the managerial reporting to the Electrolux Board and Group Management, along with in-depth analyses of the results. In a dynamic and fast-moving environment, the team acts as a financial advisor to Group Management by providing decision-making support, business intelligence and financial performance reporting. As a Business Analyst, you will prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow), in-depth analysis and lead continuous improvement efforts across our processes.

Qualifications:
· Academic degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar
· 2-4 years of business controlling or financial analysis experience
· Excellence in MS-Office suite, especially Excel (VBA is a strong plus)
· Experience using/developing BI visualization tools is a strong plus (e.g. Power BI)
· Fluency in English
· Strong analytical skills
· Highly proactive and self-motivated team player with great social skills
· Tech savvy with strong interest in financial systems
