Do you want to explore the life of virtual assistants and be part of creating world class conversational AI self-service customer experiences?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Work with our multi-language Virtual assistant with conversational AI and Live chat service that makes it easy for people to take care of their daily banking wherever and whenever. Be part of taking this world class customer experience to a complete new level in our team.
- Be part of a dedicated and creative cross-functional agile team that drives the development of Swedbank’s Virtual assistant service.
- You will work with requirements and further developing the service with a high focus on our customers. Create the best user experience for our customers and find creative solutions to their needs.
- Detail and anchor the backlog items during development sprints making sure requirements are well defined and understood by all the parties/stakeholders.
- Participating in discovery work, inputs collection in close communication with different stakeholders. You will support the team and the Agile product owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features.
- Together with the team be responsible of quality assurance of delivered functionality.
- Work with new technology and working methods. Our area is characterized by high business demand, speed, and continuous agile development.
What is needed in this role:
- To succeed you need to be passionate about new technologies and digitalization. You have, or are willing to learn, extensive understanding of the business and its customer/user needs. You should have high interest in and knowledge of stakeholders in the business area.
- As a Business Analyst you have a customer-centric mindset, you are social and communicative, good at asking questions but also need to be structured, systematic and have interest in details. As a person you have a willingness to learn new things and are open-minded and pro-active.
- Good writing & documentation skills are necessary for good result. You also have academic degree within the area and are fluent in English, both spoken and written, self-going, quick learner, motivated, positive, and open-minded with excellent communication skills
It's an advantage if you have:
- Worked as a Business Analyst for 2+ years
- Experience in performing processes/systems functionalities analysis
- Able to perform Business acceptance testing
