For AstraZeneca we are now looking for a Business analyst/Outsourcing Scpoing Partner for a consultant assignment. The assignment will start in August and go on for 6 month with possibilities for extension.

Arbetsuppgifter

Will partner with GRAPSQA Business to identify and define future outsourcing opportunities. Will work with Chair of GRAPSQA Sourcing Strategic Steering Committee to develop and maintain the Sourcing roadmap. Will work with Business Leaders and members of the Outsourcing Management Team to define the scope of outsourcing initiatives, including boundaries of what is being outsourced, service level expectations, benefits and risks of outsourcing and financial business case leading to effective decision making by the Business. Will work with Procurement Global Category Manager for GRAPSQA to ensure that new outsourcing initiatives are developed in line with AZ Procurement principles and requirements.

Typical Accountabilities

•Provides sourcing expertise to GRAPSQA Strategic Sourcing Steering Committee to support development of GRAPSQA strategic sourcing plan and to evaluate outsourcing opportunities to ensure that they deliver the expected business value in accordance with the strategic sourcing plan.
•Works with global business teams to define the scope of outsourcing initiatives, helping the business to describe the extent of outsourcing, the expectations on the supplier and the service standard required.
•Contributes to the development, and drives implementation, of operational plans to achieve outsourcing strategy objectives.
•Supports effective business decision making by ensuring that the risks of Business Process Outsourcing are effectively evaluated.
•Works with business teams to evaluate competitive bids for outsourcing initiatives, if appropriate.
•Researches and provides data on current on outsourcing market place to help GRAPSQA to evaluate the current outsourcing model and to ensure best value
Working with Procurement Global Category Lead, ensures procurement processes and supplier management are implemented in line with identified AstraZeneca policies, procedures and standards, to achieve agreed scope

Utbildning/erfarenhet

•Degree or equivalent professional qualification
•Oral and written fluency in Business English
•Ability to leverage a range of influencing techniques
•Professional Procurement Qualification
•Procurement or Process management experience
•Understanding of the deliverables and processes
•Supplier Management experience
•Proven ability to manage change
•Strong analytical skills
•Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
•Proven ability to work with business to scope outsourcing initiatives to enable effective business decisions on whether/how to proceed
•Communication skills and ability to influence others
•Strong stakeholder management in a customer facing role, partnering to achieve jointly agreed objectives
