In the digital Customer Care and Support Cluster, we work in customer-centric product teams to build products that enable Volvo Cars Direct-to-Consumer vision together with our Customer Care operations and Retailers.
You will be part of a team that are obsessed with giving the consumers a world class customer care experience through digital self-service tools and support agents that can leverage on modern technology to serve our customers.
The product teams are mainly based out of Gothenburg and working in a global and fast paced environment where collaboration across geography, operational disciplines and technology stacks needs to happen.
Additionally, we will give you the opportunity to work in an ever-changing agile way of working where you will be part of empowered product teams that strive for continuous learning and improvement as they build and operate the product the user needs. You will have competent colleagues in the same role with whom you on a daily basis can share and discuss experiences and problems.
What you´ll do
Within the Customer Care & Support product cluster, you will work as Business Analyst to support the product teams to:
* Seek, use & analyse data and insights to identify customer needs and translate to detailed product requirements.
* Together with the product team create user stories and that are clear, concise and easy-to-understand for the development team to implement.
* Understand the current operations workflow and processes, find innovative ways to improve existing processes to seek efficiencies
* Map the process flow, interaction- and data flow diagrams
* Conduct pre-studies on new and broad initiatives, use functional decomposition to create a well-organized, value driven framework.
* Support the Product Manager in stakeholder interaction (communication, product demos, workshops etc)
* Actively contribute in strategic dialogs to suggest directions to take the Customer Care & Support area forward within Volvo Cars.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you have a background in the CRM area, understanding customer needs and how to build fruitful D2C relationships.
A Self-starter with high level of energy and motivation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Experience as business analyst, understanding and evaluating business- or user pain points and being able to translate that into clear starting points to the product team
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and assess the impact of new requirements on cloud-based applications
Ability to come up with creative approaches to problems and challenges, building on experience and creativity
Experience from Agile ways of working and modern empowered product development methods
Experience from Salesforce implementations or similar CRM applications is strongly preferred
