Business Analyst

What you will be doing:
- Enable data driven insights and decision making
- Maintain, improve and analyze metrics and KPIs
- Being a business partner to other departments within Teamtailor
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Working within the Finance team to consolidate data and find ways of getting meaningful insights from big data sets

Who you are:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and MS Power Query
- Confident in initiating and driving projects
- Analytical and structured way of thinking
- Financial experience, e.g. PnL
- You are fluent in English
