Business Analyst

Job description
This specialist is a part of the Technology Office and works alongside the Customer Solution Architect, and Customer Experience lead. The Business Analyst engages with the customer to establish an ongoing dialog throughout the sales process. The BA translates customer requirements into Epics and Stories that are used to determine the scope of work, provide the basis for a cost model, and help Project Management to inform the delivery team of what is expected to deliver the solution.

Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst you will be the team’s expert with requirements techniques such as user stories, use cases, and informal modeling. You will work to understand the customer’s business, needs and aspirations to be able to see the big picture and envision possible solutions. 

You will also: 
Secure SME participation where required to gain input on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
Ask the right questions to help the team identify areas that may lead to problems
Define processes, data flows and write clear user stories to enable implementation of our business solutions
Document requirements with detail and at a high quality to serve as basis for pricing and delivery 
Define clear and unambiguous scopes of work - including what is out of scope, acceptance criteria, and success criteria
Creating functional specifications for solutions.
Work collaboratively with cross functional international teams in a multi-disciplinary Agile/Scrum framework environment


Qualifications
To be succesul in this role we belive that you have a solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and web technologies. As a a person you have outstanding customer-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We also helive that you have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and confidently handle deadlines, priorities and constraints. 

Required skills:  
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fields
Experience with requirement workshops, user stories, story maps, UML, data analysis  
Hands on experience with agile tools like JIRA/Confluence experience
Continuous learner with eye for details and holistic thinking – challenging current status-quo and actively crafting solutions
Proficient English skills both spoken and written
Agile practitioner proficiency is a plus
