Business Analyst

We are looking for a senior Business IT Analyst to our agile development team at R&D. The team is developing solutions to provide digitalised tool support for Requirement Management within Embedded Systems development process.
You will be part of an agile team that is responsible for all elements of application development. The team is using agile methodology with sprints, daily standups, demos and retrospectives in close collaboration with appointed method developers/Product Owners and tool users.
The team is Managing, Configuring and Developing the Polarion ALM tool provided by Siemens. You will work with process mapping - understanding the business flow, identify in and outputs and document your progress to anchor with users and PO and share/give input to the rest of the team. Your delivery is a crucial part contributing as requirements to our own development.
The consultant needs to have experience from tools and methods used for process mapping and analysing the business need. Strongly meriting is also knowledge in ISO26262 or UNECE R155 aswell as previous experiance in Polararion ALM.

Has social skills in combination with communication skills, to be able to handle discussions with other R&D functions regarding Polarion structure and usage
