JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst needed to research services and applications, work with developers and product owners/leads to determine the scope of application requirements, and determine next steps towards improved usability for digital products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate concepts into user flows, UML diagrams and other visualizations to aid stakeholders finding a common ground to their business needs
• Analyze concepts and business flows in order to pinpoint critical business values and how to enable them
• Liaison with stakeholders, elicit requirements and together with the product owner capture the business needs helping the stakeholders to elevate their requirements
• Manage requirements both in terms of new platform development and change requests
• Draft features together with the product owner and create detailed user stories that enables the team to capture the business need
• Empower your team with clarity, scope, and direction

• You are an innovative problem solver, a collaborative team player, and a skilled analyst who can handle products of differing sizes, scopes, and complexity
• You are driven by curiosity and passionate about user-centered requirement driven development
• You have experience with analysis and strong requirement elicitation skills to aid stakeholders in expressing business value
• You have an understanding of agile product development and how to submit, review and maintain requirements together with the team
• You have an arsenal of analytical tools at your disposal to capture business value as well as visualizing it in an effective manner
