Business Analyst

ABOUT US
We are a highly skilled team working with business-critical applications, providing embedded software related data for the development, production, and aftermarket processes at all Volvo brands. Our team follow Agile principles and have a strong focus on business value. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can support us in refining our requirements, so that we can focus on what we do best. Our office is in the Lundby area, in Gothenburg and we apply a hybrid work-model for our team-members with the possibility to work from home part time.


ABOUT YOU
We believe that you are someone who strives for bridging the gap between the Business stakeholders and the development team. You don’t shy away from complexity and are eager to learn new skills or take on new responsibilities. Due to the high workload on the team, we need someone who is self-sufficient and at the same time is not afraid to ask questions. We also see this role as a long-term commitment, as the complexity of the domain requires years of practice to master.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate with different stakeholders (Business and IT) to capture and document requirements
Breakdown of high-level requirements (e.g. user stories or PBIs) into more tangible tasks
Maintain documentation aimed at our end-users

YOUR COMPETENCES
You have at least a few years of experience from working with requirements
You are good at grasping new concepts and communicating them to others
You have good social skills
You communicate fluently in English
You might have beneficial experience from related roles, e.g. as a Tester, Developer, or UX- Designer
