Business Analyst

Are you passionate about the Corporate banking business and want to improve its steering?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Drive improvements in Swedbank’s Corporate business and Relationship banking of steering tools.
- Gather business requirements from business users as well as management.
- Work alongside agile engineers and together translate business requirements into steering tool improvements.
- Communicate steering principles and tool updates to the business.


What is needed in this role:
- 10+ years of experience related to the Corporate segment and relationship banking, either as a practitioner or an analyst.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, (or a great reason for not having one).
- Excellent communication skills.
- An open and caring mindset.
