What you will do.
As business analyst you work as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand the benefits and needs, structure, policies, operations, and culture of an organization and to recommend approach, opportunities and solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. You will support with strategic business/IT planning and decision-making by providing high quality fact-based analysis of business/IT environment by utilizing information gathered from a variety of resources and channels.

You will also: 
•    Establish strategy for achieving desired future business state.
•    Understand or identify the business needs/benefit and value of the activity.
•    Lead or participate in stakeholder analysis and management. 
•    Tailor the BA approach and plan the requirements engineering activities.
•    Participate in the early project/program profiling activity bringing the BA competence wherever possible. 
•    Facilitate Workshops with stakeholders, for business modeling, requirements elicitation, information modeling etc. 
•    Elicit, elaborate, verify, validate and communicate requirements. 
•    Manage requirements by documenting, prioritizing, establishing traceability and keeping track of and analyzing the impact of changes. 
•    Facilitate and participate in the verification and validation of the proposed solutions. 
•    Collaborate with subject matter experts to research business and technology domains appropriate to business and IT solution definition. 
•    Participate in transition activities when applicable. 
•    Individual coaching of other business analysts or project managers

Do you fit the profile? 
We think that you have a university degree or equal education/ competence within Production and preferable VCMS. We believe you have passion for cars and new technology. We assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. 
Furthermore, you have a strong communication and collaboration skills and build confidence and trust at all levels in the organization.
