What will you do?

The department Global Plant Design (GPD) within the ME organization is responsible for planning and execute Line and Equipment related projects within Power System plants. We are now looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our team. As Business Analyst you are responsible to develop and implement the digital solution to control the manufacturing process at the shop floor. You will set correct IT prerequisites for the projects (align processes, system, and interfaces). Drive, analyze and specify IT related items within the project and towards stakeholders both internal and external. In the role it also includes to create time and resource plans for IT implementation and verification activities.

The role is quite broad which means that you will also be a part of developing and implement global solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects and non-product projects according to project targets. Follow up of project objectives throughout industrialization until FSR (Final Status Report) and report deviations to IPM or concerned. Enable close connection and alignment between ME and Production via local teams at each plant by creating the best possible information flow between parties. Work with studies, strategies, and roadmaps within Intelligent factory.

Do you fit the profile?

We believe you have an BSc in Engineering or equivalent competence gained by experience. We also believe you have some working experience of manufacturing as a Business Analyst in the Automotive industry, Shop Floor Control technologies (PLC, communication, IoT, SCADA) and competence in manufacturing and used systems (ERP, MES, PLM) that we also will develop. For this position is it important to have good communication skills in both Swedish and English both spoken and written. Its meritorious if you have general knowledge of application architectural analysis and design.
