Are you passionate about Regulatory Transaction Reporting, process efficiency work & bringing order to data?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Delivering real change into Large Corporates & Institutions within the investment’s areas MIFID 2, MIFIR, EMIR, EMIR Refit, SFTR and drive delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable IT services throughout the lifecycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards
- Be part of the daily Regulatory Transaction Reporting work processes in close collaboration with the focus teams
- Close collaboration with Large Corporates & Institutions Value Streams to help manage their change agenda as they relate to STARS database, EDM & Trade bus
- Work closely with the Operational manager and the Agile Product Owners for the development teams regarding setting strategic roadmap in line with regulations
- Driving the capture and definition of business requirements for development activities through interpreting Business needs and by writing Features and Stories
- Contributing and continuously improving Lean-Agile ways of working
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field
- Demonstrated process and flow experience and background in efficiency work
- Understanding in Agile and Lean ways of working
- Having a genuine interest in the Regulatory Transaction Reporting framework and experience in this area within financial services and instruments
- Knowledge of Trading and Capital Markets products and securities financing, alternatively a background within back-office functions or front office support functions
- To be a team player and enjoy problem solving together with your colleagues. Good communication skills and enjoy representing the bank in discussions with external parties
