Business Analyst

Our client is now looking for a business analyst for a project, preferably with a background into e-commerce or other customer facing systems. You will join a team with developers and two other business analysts. The team is developing a ecom platform for an ongoing project.
We are looking for a person with:
High analytics skills – being able to congest vast complex information, analyse it and bring conclusions
Communication skills – being able to within spoken words or documentation (sketches/PPT/word etc.) be able to communicate complex concepts, processes and solutions
Technical understanding – while the business analyst is not supposed to develop it is essential to be able to understand IT, talk to developers and thereby be able to create proposed solutions that are also possible to develop without un-necessary effort
Self-leadership – high drive and be able to identify and define issues and drive for solution for such issues.

Kompetenskrav
Expected experience and skills:
+5 years of experience within a Business Analyst role
Experience of business analysis, i.e. collecting and creating requirements/user stories for complex IT solutions - Bringing ideas into a backlog of user stories for a development team to develop. Create structure, transparency and context.
Extensive experience in Agile development processes and managing requirements supporting an Agile process delivering patentable shippable project increments each sprint
Experience of documenting and tools for documenting requirements (JIRA Trello, DevOps etc.)
Experience in mapping / understanding processes
Experience in working with cloud based solutions, digital channels, web, CMS

Önskvärd kompetens
Preferrable background into E-Commerce or other customer facing systems such as customer portals, apps etc.
You need to be fluent in english, both written and verbal.
Consultant should be available onsite in Gothenburg and will have opportunity to flex between offices and home.
Project is ongoing, so extension for assignment is possible after end date.
