About the role
You will be part of Analysis and Change, a small team whose purpose is to create value for our customers and the businesses through IT solutions.

In your role as Business Analyst you will drive the process of identifying, structuring and creating a shared understanding of business requirements among business and IT colleagues. You will work closely with product owners, architects, scrum masters and developers to create and evaluate solution designs that realizes valuable functionality to our customers. As a Business Analyst, you need to both challenge and support your colleagues to get maximum value from our IT systems by, for example, helping them to quickly test and evaluate new functionality. 

This includes tasks such as:
* Facilitate workshops and discussions with the development teams.
* Process and requirements modelling
* Participate in final tests of functionality


You will also work with non-functional requirements such as:
* Requirements related to access management, IT- and information security solutions, reliability, scalability and usability.
* Driving and coordinating the process of implementing new SaaS solutions.
* Ensuring that the proposed IT solution will result in expected business capabilities and alignment to strategic objectives.


This role is located at our office in Malmö.

About you that we want to hire
In order to thrive and be successful in the role we believe that you have a relevant educational background in IT / management and a few years' experience of working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. To help our businesses become more digital and find relevant solutions for our customers you have a good understanding and knowledge of IT and related processes and a strong interest in business and technology. 

As a person you are a structured problem solver who is good at organizing information and separating the main issues from the less relevant details. You are a good communicator that enjoys facilitating workshops and cooperating with different parts of our organization. You are also able to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand descriptions and visuals and think it' is important to have fun at work!
