Great, we are now looking for Business Analysts within Service Portfolio Management in Service Management & Operations, where you will be responsible for defining the Service Delivery model and creating a foundation for financial follow-up.

We believe you are analytical and open to change. You have a big interest in and some experience/knowledge about IT delivery models, products and services. Most importantly, you work with stakeholders in a continuous feedback loop to understand their needs and pain points to translate them into services and products.
We also expect you to be curious and an ambassador where you set the standards, guidelines, and best practices on how portfolio management will develop in the future.
To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
•Formal qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis or equivalent.
• At least 2 -years of working experience within a business development or business analysis area.
• Big interest in describing improvement needs with data and words.
• You like to create reports and presentations based on data.
• Demonstrable experience in collaborating with colleagues and key stakeholders.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• You are comfortable with analyzing, presenting, showcasing & marketing service offerings to stakeholders on different levels and with different knowledge.
• A service mindset and always put consumers and customers in focus.
Your responsibilities
Your tasks among others will be:
• Act as a trusted advisor and leader that continuously builds productive relationships based on the clear communication of our services, gathering of the evolving needs of the business, and delivering on agreed-upon commitments.
• Communicate and sell our services, driving the need of our consumers, like time to value, and simplicity.
• Translate business requirements into information models and dashboards and visualize Service/Product metrics such as usage, capacity, lifecycle, and cost.
• Contribute with relevant data to the strategy, design, development and maintenance of the Product(s)/Service(s) in order to deliver based on consumer needs.
• Develop and adapt our analysis and reporting based on best practices and current objectives to drive efficiency and quality in the information landscape.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders all in the pursuit to uncover potential new opportunities/possibilities so we can adjust and fulfil the business needs.
• Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with both technology and business experts.
In this role, you will report to Service Portfolio Manager who is located in Helsingborg, Sweden. The Service Management & Operations organisation has co-workers in Helsingborg, Älmhult, Shanghai, Philadelphia, Warsaw, Tejon, Paris, Dortmund and Diedenbergen.
Together as a Team
Portfolio Management at Service Management & Operations is a new team with a passion for how we deliver and present our offers. Today we consist of Portfolio Manager and Leaders but looking for new colleagues. We work in an agile setup and our main focus is to set the frameworks for service offerings, service catalogue and the request practice and the metrics in line with these. Our passion is to make our offers attractive and understandable to our customers and consumers, who are our main focus every day!
The role is based in Helsingborg and you will report to the Portfolio manager. This role has no relocation support and requires you to have a valid work permit and live in Sweden.
