Business analyst

For our client we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Collecting, consolidating business needs, regulations and other input, refining them into well-structured and comprehensive requirements that should be used when designing the solution. Being the bridge, interpreting and ensuring that the ordering organisations business needs are fulfilled in the to-be solution. Being the one that at any point can explain how the to-be solution will work from a receiving user perspective.

Job description:
Be a part of the MCTP Tax Invoicing Project and reporting to the Business Project Manager.
• Be the driver in planning and preparing workshops with the purpose to collect, identify, consolidate business needs and tax regulations.
• Taking lead and conduct the workshops.
• By providing with tools, structure and knowledge ensuring that all the functional and non functional requirements are identified and documented properly.
• Conducting activities to understand and make all other to understand how the requirements - business needs - regulations and solution are fitted together.
• Be responsible of collecting the data globally and locally, documenting it and being responsible in crunching it into a comprehensive documentation that should be the basis for designing the solution, building it, testing it. The language used should be natural, unambiguous, and concise. (English is the written language)
• Being highly active in close iteration with the architects ensuring that the business needs are meet during the design, build and test phase.
• Sorting out any questions and ensuring that answers are given, related to business requirements, needs or regulations
•Actively collect requirements and needs from stakeholders.
• Other activities, supporting that the business needs are transformed into a solution.
• Stakeholder management (Business, IT, Vendors, Countries, etc)
• Creating comprehensive presentations and proper communicating so that all parties understands how needs and solution is fitted together.

Required skills:
• Proven Business Analyst experience and skills or related
• Experience in writing requirements and documenting strategies or tactics.
• Listening skills, to understand the need.
• Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources.
• Modelling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language, including using modelling languages already established in the development organization such as use cases
• Preferably some experience of implementation of project in retail environment.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

The candidate must be experienced in:
- Refining business needs and regulations into requirements.
- Been working with large and complex masses of data when identifying requirements.
- Been working independent and have been the one providing with tools and structure.
