The position

As a Business Analyst, you work closely with one of our agile R&D development teams to investigate and analyze requirements and design solutions for the development of one of Sweden's leading electronic health record systems. You are an important link between the developers and the customer, with the mission to understand the needs of end users and translate them into technical solutions together with developers, architects, product owners, UX designers and informaticians. You often get to follow a project all the way from pre-study to development and deployment at the customer's premises. With us, you get meaningful work where you help to improve and digitize the healthcare processes. In this way, you contribute to increasing the involvement of patients in their own care.

We are currently looking for a Business Analysts who will work with Care Documentation, the area where patients’ health records are managed. You will work with developing both functional and non-functional requirements.

Within the role, there are great opportunities to develop, for example towards a more senior and specialized role or to work as a Product Owner in our product organization.

About you

You work independently and with your own drive, but also thrive when you get the opportunity to collaborate with your teammates or our various interest groups such as other Business Analysts and others across the organization. You like to meet our customers and are passionate about finding the best solutions for them, are analytical and find it interesting to immerse yourself in different standards and care processes.

Requirements 



- Experience of working with business analysis, requirement analysis, product design or similar.
- Understanding of how business needs can be translated into software development
- Communicates fluently in English in speech and writing


It's a bonus if you

- Experience of having worked with IT solutions for healthcare
- Have experience of working with standards in medical informatics, preferably HL7 FHIR
- Have a university education in Medical Informatics, Systems Science or equivalent
- Have experience of working with agile product development
- Have experience of user research
- Communicates fluently in Swedish in speech and writing


Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
