About the job
In this position you identify, define and document business processes and software requirements to be developed as software within the Sustainability & EHS area. You act as a liaison between teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Shaping business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to solutions.
Supporting delivery teams as they develop, test and deploy IT solutions.
Validating delivery teams output.
Documenting current processes and models.
Using a variety of techniques to understand business requirements.
The location for this position is in Fagersta, Sweden, or flexible within Europe. However, we also offer part-time remote work possibilities, where you have the opportunity to work from home or other location a few days a week, and some travel is included in your job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with either a bachelor’s or higher degree and/or equivalent practical work experience in business administration or data science – combined with several years of experience in business analysis and IT requirements management, and experience in determining the needs and requirements of various stakeholders. Practice in creating documentation such as business cases, requirements, etc., as well as a background in sustainability is considered a plus. Certifications in agile methodologies and CBAP is also good to have for this role. As we operate in a global setting, excellent written and verbal skills in English are required
