Job description:
The IT Logistics Online team is looking for a team player who would like to join a team of experienced requirement analysts. Here you become part of our online expansion that is working with lots of cross dependencies, focused on delivering IT-services that support our business to fulfill our company’s vision. We strive to create effective IT solutions with high quality where you as a requirements specifier has a key role as a link between business and IT, where you capture the business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
A new initiative has been started where Sales Online, our IT partner and Logistics together will focus on improving stock accuracy. This initiative is highly prioritized as stock discrepancies directly impacts our end-customer in terms of short picks and undersell
Responsibilities
• Take the requirement work that has been done so far and bring this to the next level.
• Represent Logistics in the requirement work with Sales Online and our IT partner.
• Act as main requirement contact for the warehouses for this initiative. Our warehouses are a mix of 3PL run warehouses and our own operations.
• Identify and coordinate both operational and IT improvements.
• Together with team decrease stock discrepancy to a common agreed level which can be supported by operations.
• Coordinate short term activities with focus on minimizing/mitigating the end-customer impact.
• Analyze long term activities, identify problems, address owners and propose way forward.
• Plan and operate requirements work in collaboration with the business and with your team
• Assist the business to understand the impact of requirements, and to prioritize between these
• Capture, clarify, question and document requirements
• Collaborate within your team as well as other teams (i.e. IT architects, testers)
Competences
• Experience in working with the requirements of business and IT
• Experience in Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Experience documenting requirements and practical experience in writing Users Stories
• Ability to communicate about problems and solutions, both at a business level and a technical level
• Ability to adapt to how new business and IT-solutions works
• Ability to facilitate workshops
• Experience of working with non-functional requirements
• Process and information modelling
• Experience from working with external software providers
• Experience from working within a global organisation
• Can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
There is a plus if you also have worked with UX, ALM, Aris or similar tools, MS Office and MS Visio. Extra plus if you have experience from complex systems with many integrations, SAP, and Web / e-commerce.
