In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Help us in our transformation journey and vision to create an Omni channel customer experience. We are changing old systems to a cloud platform.

- Be part of a dedicated and creative cross-functional team that drives the daily operations. The team is mixed with Swedbank employees and our close colleagues from Infosys.

- You will work with requirements and further developing the service with a high focus on our customers.

- Detail and anchor the backlog items during sprints making sure requirements are well defined and understood by all the parties/stakeholders in Swedish- and Baltic banking.

- Participating in discovery work, inputs collection in close communication with different stakeholders. You will support the team and the Agile product owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features.

- Together with the team be responsible of quality assurance of delivered functionality.

- Make requirements with old and new technology. Our area is characterized by high business demand, speed, and continuous deliveries.



What is needed in this role:

- To succeed you need to be passionate about our customers with a business perspective but also have interest in old and new technologies. You have or are willing to learn an understanding of the business and its customer/user needs. You need to have high interest in and knowledge of stakeholders in the business area.

- As a Business Analyst you have a customer-centric mindset, you are social and communicative, good at asking questions but also need to be structured, systematic and have interest in detail. As a person you have a willingness to learn new things and are open-minded and pro-active.

- Good writing & documentation skills are necessary for good result. You also have academic degree within the area and are fluent in English, both spoken and written, self-going, quick learner, motivated, positive, and open-minded and not afraid to communicate.

It's an advantage if you have:

- Worked as a Business Analyst for 2+ years.

- Experience in performing processes/systems functionalities analysis.

- Able to perform Business acceptance testing.

- Knowledge about Swedbank’s processes and way of working in Jira and Confluence.
