Business Analyst

We are looking for an Business analyst for one of our client, being part of a project team and may be assigned various tasks, not only directly related to assignment.

The main responsibility is to perform the process analysis and modelling supporting area 3 ( see description above) in order to understand what tasks, the need to be done to support the new business, and who should execute them.

The objectives are broken down into 3 main areas to develop and pilot to build a globally scalable solution:

1. Attract and activate more customers through improved omni-channel touch points as well as effective attract and activate strategy and execution.

2. Define requirement baseline to launch full CES service offering and continue to explore and deliver a customer-centric

multi-service offering (the ecosystem) for the many with strong connection to core range. Sets the base for Project planning and resourcing.

3. Define and implement effective ways to operate a multi-service and multi-partner offering. Securing people, processes, and performance measurement.
