About the role
We are looking for a strategic, challenging, and communicative Business Analyst to be responsible for driving the financial agenda and processes in close collaboration with the managers within the organization. In this role, you will be providing management reports and analysis on actual results vs budgets & estimates, highlighting future risks and opportunities. You will also work with improvement projects to identify more effective ways to handle financial as well as operational processes.
Main responsibilities as Business Analyst:
Work integrated with Local Supply Chain Leadership Team and functional managers to challenge, support, analyze and predict costs, savings and KPIs.
Set the rules for savings calculation, calculation of non-recurrent savings & validating savings on monthly basis
Coordinate activities between Controlling and Management team, leading meetings with cost owners, making trainings in planning tool, collect and aggregate results, perform bridges and explanations
Check investments paybacks and support the organization in larger investments projects
The role is located at Carlsberg Sverige Supply Company in Falkenberg. You are part of the Finance team and report directly to Finance Business Partner.

Job Requirements
You have university degree in economics or equivalent, and experience of working as business analyst/business controller with business support, preferably from a Supply Chain environment. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. It is an advantage if you have advanced skills in SAP, Power-BI and Excel.
As a person you are proactive, challenger, analytical, and independent with a goal-oriented mindset. Since you are working closely with stakeholders within the organization, you are a strong team player with great communication and networking skills. We also believe this is the right job for you if you are driven by making outstanding results and improvements.
