About the position

You will be part of the team Analysis and Change at Business IT whose purpose is to create value for our customers through innovative IT solutions.

In your role as Business Analyst you will drive the process of identifying, structuring and creating a shared understanding of business requirements among business and IT colleagues. You will work closely with the Business and IT teams to create and evaluate solution designs that realize valuable functionality to our customers and businesses. It is important that you both challenge and support your colleagues to get maximum value from our IT systems.

This includes tasks such as:

* Facilitate stakeholder workshops to create agreement and a shared understanding of business and solution requirements 
* Responsible of breaking down requirements into epics and stories
* Support several teams during development cycles
* Document business process designs and corresponding IT solution requirements


As a Business Analyst at E.ON you will also work with non-functional requirements and the role includes working closely with Access management, IT- and Information security.

The role is based in Malmö.


Profile

To be successful in the role we believe that you have a relevant background in IT, Data Governance, Analytics or Process Modeling and/or a few years' experience of working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. We believe you have a genuine interest in technical solutions but important is your strong interest in combining business needs and technology to help E.ON become more digital and the first choice for our customers.

As a person you are driven and proactive with an analytical and structured mind. You are good at organizing information and separating the main issues from the less relevant details. You will succeed as an excellent communicator who enjoys facilitating workshops and collaborating with different parts of our organization. You are also able to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand descriptions and visuals and think it is important to have fun at work!

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing.
