Business Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Define and document business rules and detail requirements/user stories

- Ensuring that customer needs and customer value is in focus during development

- Support Architects to describe Business Domain Architecture

- Participate in discovery work of investment opportunities

- Collect input and compile business cases

- Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the backlog

- Detail and verify the back-log items

- Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team

- Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality together with the cross functional team

- Agree launch activities with relevant stakeholders. Support stakeholders regarding launch activities

- Help the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value

- Plan and estimate the work together with the team



What is needed in this role:

- You have a genuine interest in digitalization and are willing to learn from others.

- You have extensive understanding of the business and customer/user needs.

- You should have the ability to ask relevant questions to perform analyses, document requirements and anchor your solutions across the organization.

- You have an understanding of non-functional requirements for the system, life-cycle, information security etc.

- You can read architecture descriptions.

- You can be communication bridge between IT and Business stakeholders.

- You can perform business requirements analyses on assigned tasks alone or incorporation with team members.
