Are you passionate about analysing and defining business needs, have a strong interest in data and enjoy solving problems? We are searching for a team player who want to be part of building new solutions within Capital Adequacy.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a cross functional team responsible for implementing solutions within Capital Adequacy
- Analyse complex problems and work with solution design
- Define and document solution requirements
- Perform data analyses and data mapping
- Perform quality assurance of delivered functionality
- Support Agile Product Owner in breaking down backlog items
- Work close together with Software Engineers
- Work in an agile release train according to SAFe, scaled agiled framework
What is needed in this role:
- Enjoy analysing business needs and digging into data
- Good at documenting requirements and test cases
- Problem solver with a can-do-attitude
- Curious and self-driven
- Clear and efficient communication skills
- Knowledge of Credit Risk or Capital Adequacy area
- Experience from agile way of working, preferably SAFe
- Experience from Business Analyst role, or similar
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Swedish
- Relevant university degree or proven sufficient work experience
