In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Be an important contributor within a prioritized area of Swedbank in one of the largest transformations ever done within the bank

- Use your industry knowledge, apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to define and explain current and future customer needs and business requirements

- Participate and Lead others in the work of soliciting requirements from the business and coordinate with both internal and external IT Development

- Collaborate with stakeholders in business areas all over the bank to ensure that our deliveries are received in the best possible way

- Collaborate with team members and constantly improve the way we work

- Work with a fantastic, knowledgeable team and learn new things every day!

What is needed in this role:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one

- Some Business knowledge and interest within the Savings Area

- Curiosity and willingness to find solutions to challenging topics

- You are structured and accurate with the ability to describe the business challenges and solutions

- You take your own initiatives without the need of detailed instructions

- Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both written and oral

- Experience in working Agile is a plus

- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering is a plus

- Experience in large scale transformations is a plus
